| uPVC windows Reinforced profile | Aluminium windows System sections | Insect screens Pleated, sliding, roller | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best suited to | Bedrooms and street-facing rooms that need a tight seal against rain, dust and noise. | Wide balcony spans, sliding doors and façade bays that want a slim sightline. | Any opening kept open through the day, planned with the window beside it. |
| Opening styles | Side-hung casement, or two- and three-track sliding sashes. | Sliding, casement, or a fixed pane with a vent in one frame. | Pleated mesh in a side cassette, sliding mesh on its own track, or roller mesh from a top box. |
| Frame | Steel-reinforced uPVC, welded to the measured opening. | System aluminium sized to the span, powder coated or anodised for coastal air. | Powder-coated cassette, side channels or a flat shutter frame. |
| Seal and hardware | Compression gaskets drawn in by a multi-point lock. | Rollers, handles and locks chosen for the weight of the sash. | Mesh held in side channels, with a low guide where a door meets the floor. |
| Glass or mesh | Clear, tinted, laminated, or a sealed double unit. | Clear, tinted, laminated, or toughened, set by the opening. | Fibreglass mesh cut to the opening. |
| Checked on site | The reveal, the grille, and which way the sash can swing. | The width of the span, the sill, and the wind exposure on that floor. | Headroom for the cassette and the floor level for the guide. |
Prices follow the measure, not a stock size. The site visit sets the section, the glass and the screen type for each opening.
We check the reveal, the sill, the grille, and how the sash or screen will move.
uPVC frames, aluminium sections, and mesh are built in Chennai to those sizes.
The frame is set, sealed, and checked before the opening is handed over.

Yes. uPVC windows and mosquito nets are fabricated at our workshop, No. 57, Puthavedu Main Road, Moondramkattalai, Kundrathur, Chennai 600128, and installed by our own team.
Yes. A pleated, sliding, or roller mosquito net can be planned with the uPVC window so the cassette or track belongs to the same opening.
Access to each opening is enough. If a grille or shutter is already fitted, leave it in place so we can see it. You do not need to send sizes beforehand. We measure, then share the quotation.
It can, when the profile and track are chosen for that span. On site we look at the width, the sill, and the exposure on that floor, then recommend a sliding or casement layout.
